Jason Rutter left the Cyberspace Research Unit, UCLan and the COUNTER Project in early 2009. He began work on a new research project (STEVO) in November 2009 examining the ‘use and downloading of copyrighted content from the Internet’ at the School for Mass Communication Research, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
