
Maria Lillà Montagnani, Degree in Law, PhD in Competition Law, LL.M, is Assistant Professor in Commercial Law at Bocconi University of Milan, where she teaches “Intellectual Property Law” and “Marketing and the Law”. Her recent research activity focuses on intersection between Intellectual Property Law and Competition Law in the digital environment and the software market, on which she published articles in Italian and European reviews. She has recently been scholarship holder at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Tax Law to finalize her monograph on online distribution of digital contents.
